1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GullakX (operated by GullakX Wealth Pvt Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
GullakX is a financial behaviour platform that provides a Behaviour Score assessment, habit-building tools, savings management (Digital Gullak), an AI Behaviour Coach, and gated access to mutual fund investment products. GullakX Wealth Pvt Ltd is registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-161965). GullakX is not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser and does not provide personalised investment advisory services. All financial tools and content are for informational and educational purposes only.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an adult account. Minors (ages 6–17) may use GullakX Kids features under a parent or guardian's family account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Behaviour Score Disclaimer
The Behaviour Score is a proprietary assessment tool developed by GullakX. It is NOT a credit score, financial rating, or guarantee of investment suitability. It is an educational tool designed to improve financial self-awareness. Past Behaviour Score does not guarantee future investment performance.
5. Investment Products
Investments are subject to market risk. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Returns shown in calculators are illustrative and based on historical data — they do not guarantee future returns. GullakX earns no commission from investment products. We charge only subscription fees.
6. No Investment Advice
Content on GullakX is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute personalised investment advice. Before making any investment decision, consider consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser who can assess your complete financial situation.
7. User Data and Privacy
Your financial behaviour data, habits, and Behaviour Score data are stored securely and used only to improve your experience on the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Platform Availability
GullakX makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Investment accounts are maintained with our regulated partner institutions and are unaffected by platform availability.
9. Grievance Redressal
For any complaints or grievances, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@gullakx.com. We will respond within 7 business days. For disputes not resolved through our grievance process, you may escalate through SEBI's SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in or AMFI's investor portal at amfiindia.com.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
